Cancellation Policy
In order to accommodate all of our valued patients, we ask for a 24-hour notice of your cancellation. However, without 24-hours notice we reserve the right to charge the full treatment price for a missed appointment.
Scheduling Guidelines
When booking multiple services, for a first-time guest, a major credit card will be necessary with 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. We realize emergencies happen and will be understanding if a last minute change arises.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, local checks and cash. Payment is due upon receipt of services rendered.
Return Policy
With skincare products it is not always possible to predict how the skin will respond. Should a reaction occur, consult with the skin care therapist. Exchanges/returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and are for spa credit only.
Please Note: There are no exchanges or returns on Jane Iredale cosmetics.
